How does the referral value work?

Processing continues up until the 2nd to last business day of the month, unless that day falls on a Friday. Payouts may take 1–7 days to process and 1–5 business days to reflect in your bank. The minimum payout threshold is $1. Only delivered orders count — if an order is cancelled before shipment it will not be counted, out of fairness to all parties.
